Report Generation
While access to the most up to date information is available on demand via interactive dashboards, from time to time, our clients also require this information to be provided in the form of reports – to be shared either electronically or in hardcopy. Using the Autometrics Document Management System, we can create periodic PDF reports, Powerpoint presentations and SMS text messages generated from dynamic Dashboards, ensuring consistent reporting across online and offline communication channels.
Publication Services
Autometrics tools allow an administrator (either within the client’s team – or as part of our managed services offering) to provide critical, time-sensitive data updates and add analysts’ comments to dashboards, reports, and other messages. Our hands-on managed services free up valuable client resources from the burden of last-minute data updates, quality and consistency checking, and report formatting, allowing them to focus on their primary job responsibilities.
Access Management
The Autometrics team can assist clients in actively managing access rights and publication lists for each of their dashboards and reports, via the Admin Center. This supports dashboard access, specific to each individual user – and the targeted distribution of reports offline (i.e. hardcopy) via the Message Center. Alternatively, reports can be forwarded as email attachments, or accessed via links within the client’s intranet.
