Dashboard Builder
Autometrics Dashboard Builder is an easy to use dashboard layout design tool that can be used to create highly effective Flash-based charts, maps and tables – and even to customize your dashboards with corporate colors and branding. Dashboard Builder also provides access to many hundreds of charting elements, maps and gauges including the latest ‘best practice’ elements like Sparklines and Bullet Graphs.
Data Integrator
Autometrics Data Integrator aggregates data from multiple sources into an Autometrics Metrics Warehouse™. A fully featured ‘On Demand’ ETL system, it enables almost any data transformation to be performed on sourced data before it reaches the dashboard.
A comprehensive set of over 150 data adapters allows a broad range of seamless connectivity to file systems, databases, message buses, EDI networks, Web-enabled applications, business applications, and industry-standard protocols on numerous platforms, plus the ability to process the non-relational and semi-structured content that is accumulated by most companies.
Data Profiler
The success of business information dashboards depends on the ability to accurately measure and validate data quality. Autometrics Data Profiler eliminates the risk and expense associated with manually checking data from multiple sources for missing data, data errors and consistency. This powerful tool helps highlight data irregularities and monitor business rule violations before they hit the dashboard.
Control Center
Autometrics Control Center enables you to monitor the status of every data feed, and every dashboard and report. Alerts are generated by email, SMS and via our own Message Center should any data not arrive on schedule, or contain errors identified by the Data Profiler. An impact report summarizes the effect any data issues will have on dashboards, and a notification system keeps users updated with relevant information regarding the status of the dashboards they depend on.
Document Management System
While dashboards are invaluable dynamic reporting tools, most organizations still require periodic reports (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports). Autometrics enables the same data used for dashboards to be captured for PDF static reports. A comprehensive scheduling and user management system ensures the right people get the right reports on time.
Admin Center
Autometrics Admin Center can be used to administer all aspects of dashboard and report management: from setting up and maintaining users and user groups, to running schedules for data updates and report production. All conveniently controlled from one interface.
Message Center
Sitting on the Windows toolbar, Autometrics Desktop Message Center is an innovative short-cut enabling users to gain access to the latest versions of any report, and links to latest dashboard updates. Alerts are received when a new report of a dashboard update is made, ensuring users never have to trawl through their email to find the latest sales data or survey results.
Launch Site
Autometrics’ Launch Site is a one-stop landing page enabling users to access their dashboards and reports, as well as view the status of each data feed. To ensure security is not compromised, users can only view data to which they are entitled to have personal access. Administrators can access further admin features from the Launch Center, so that all key activities can be monitored from one central location. |
